How To Make a PANIC Button to Delete your Private files

You might be having some files on your computer which if seen by others will cause a problem. Like if you have a folder with *ahem* *ahem*. Or if you have some files regarding some top military work by which you track down terr0rists and solve crime, just kidding, I am pretty sure it would be *ahem* *ahem*. Then these files can made to disappear within seconds. For this we will create a magic button to erase them in one click. You wont even have to worry about them once you press this magic button we are going to create. Here is a tutorial on making one.

Tutorial

1. First locate the files you want to delete. And copy their location. 

e.g - D:\Data\Private data

2. Now open notepad and copy this stuff given below - 

@ Echo Off

rmdir /s /q "FOLDER LOCATION"
del /s /q "FILE LOCATION"

Here you can see that I have put 2 different options, Folder Location and File location. This is because the functions to delete files and folders are different. del function deletes Files while rmdir function deletes Directories, i.e. Folders.
Here is an example of Adding the locations of Folder and File separately 

@ Echo Off

rmdir /s /q "D:\test"
del /s /q "D:\test.txt"

3. Now in the place of FOLDER LOCATION add the location of the folder you want to delete.

E.g -

@ Echo Off

rmdir /s /q "D:\test"

 4. Or if you have a File to be deleted then replace the FILE LOCATION with the location of your file.

E.g -

@ Echo Off
del /s /q "D:\test.txt"

5. Or you can create combinations of this and add files and folders from different places -

@ Echo Off

rmdir /s /q "D:\test"
del /s /q "D:\test.txt"
del /s /q "D:\video.mpg"
del /s /q "D:\song.mp3"
rmdir /s /q "D:\stuff"
rmdir /s /q "E:\noneofyourbusiness"
rmdir /s /q "G:\Data\Folder\Things"

Here I have added 7 things to it, 3 files and 4 folders.

6. Now when saving it save it with an extension of ( .bat ). It stands for Batch file. This way it will run in the CMD.

7. Once it is saved, you can customize the icon and give a suitable name. Don't make the name too attractive like - GTA_IV, it will just get attention. Try something like - Study_material or System_files. Now to add an icon to it, first create a shortcut to the file and then add the icon to the file.
