So you have come across a page on the internet which has this encryption added to it to not allow you to see whats inside that particular folder. So I happened to find this page on my college's website. I just needed some notes. (If you know what I mean :-P ). After a long time I found this page which said -

Directory Listing Denied
This Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed.
I was pretty annoyed at that. It took me a lot of time for finding it and moreover my pizza became cold because I was busy on my computer. So while I was searching what can be done for this, I found a very efficient software which helped me in bypassing the error and let me find what was inside that folder. Here is a tutorial on using that software -

Tutorial -

1. Download and install the software - IntelliTamper

2. Now in the address bar enter the link of the website which isn't allowing you directory access.
(The software was made in 1999, please bear with its old looking UI. It still works like a charm.)

3. Once you have entered the URL. Press enter to continue. Now you will notice that all files related to that website appear in the columns below. Enjoy your hearts out now !
